to the extremely high rate of "non-delivery" claims from
previous domestic and international 1st time
"customers", we are left with 2 conclusions from
statistics and fraud services documentation:

USPS is unable to provide the level of secure deliver
service we require.
2)
"Non-delivery claims" are one of the most common methods
for criminals to defraud businesses for merchandise and
execute "charge backs".
Because of these instances and the ease of which
criminal take advantage of USPS, we as a business cannot
suffer continued losses due to this common scam and
offer USPS internationally or domestically unless you
are a previous customer or active US Military.
* BECAUSE EACH USPS APO FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT
AND PRESENTED TO THE POST OFFICE PHYSICALLY, WE
TYPICALLY
MAKE ONE USPS DELIVERY PER WEEK, PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR
APPROPRIATE DELAYS.
