Due to the extensive range of products we
feature on our website, it is unlikely we will have all listed items
available at the same time. We endeavor to have as many items as we
can available in our warehouse, but we unfortunately do not have control
over our vendors and their ability to supply their products sometimes even
within a model year.
The highly fluid market place affects
supply and often times vendors cannot produce enough items to meet demand.
We order as much product as we can to meet demand, but unforeseen
manufacturing delays sometimes produce unexpected wait times.
We work as closely as we can with our
valued customers to get them what they want in a timely manner.
Going forward, to best
service our customers in a timely manner, when an order is placed for multiple items we will
ship all items we have physically in stock. If all the shippable in
stock items meet our "FREE
Shipping Conditions" they
will be shipped free of charge in the CONUS as our policy states.
Any order items not in stock will be
placed on back order and the customer will be notified. Any
backordered items which meet our "FREE Shipping Courtesy Service" will be shipped free
of charge in the CONUS.
Any backordered items which do not meet
our FREE Shipping criteria will be shipped at our lowest possible carrier
rates with full insurance.
In some cases, some items often take a
year to arrive, especially in regards to high end cutlery products.
Please be advised when placing an order for high demand items, there
sometimes is a delay. These items usually are scare because of their
high desirability, but are almost always worth the wait. |
