Shipping Information
Triple Aught Design processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Packages ship from our warehouse in San Francisco, CA within 2 business days from the time your order is placed, unless otherwise indicated.
For Orders Shipped within the United States
Free shipping on domestic orders of $150 or more.
Free shipping is valid to US addresses only on purchases of $150 or more in the same order. Eligible customers must select the Standard Shipping option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. Free shipping is provided through UPS Ground or USPS Priority. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Your subtotal (before tax and shipping fees) must equal or exceed $150.00. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. Not valid on international shipments.
Standard Shipping ($10.00)
Customers can expect delivery within 5-9 business days after the order is processed, pending credit card approval. Our default method for Standard Shipping is UPS Ground. Orders shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO address will be delivered via USPS Priority unless the order qualifies for USPS 1st Class (for orders under 13 ounces). Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address may take up to 3-6 weeks for delivery.
UPS 2nd Day Air (cost based on individual order)
UPS 2nd Day Air packages ship from our warehouse in San Francisco, CA within 1 business day from the time your order is placed. Customers can expect delivery within 2-3 business days, pending credit card approval.
UPS Next Day Air (cost based on individual order)
UPS Next Day Air packages ordered before 12:00 PM PST will ship from our warehouse in San Francisco, CA the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship within 1 business day. Customers can expect delivery within 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval.
USPS First Class ($5.00)
USPS First Class (no tracking, no insurance) is available for orders weighing less than 13 ounces.
Please note: Customers should allow additional time for shipments to rural routes and US territories. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day delivery not available for US territories. USPS Priority is available only for orders shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO address.
For Orders Shipped Anywhere Outside of the US
Import Taxes and Duties
Triple Aught Design is proud to ship to many countries around the world. Non-US customers should look into possible tariffs and/or duties that might be imposed by local law on incoming international shipments. Customers outside the US are encouraged to contact their local customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. Triple Aught Design cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local government on orders delivered to countries other than the United States.
Additionally, please check with the customs bureau in the destination country if you are unsure about any commodity-specific import regulations or restrictions (including quarantine) that might affect your shipment. Triple Aught Design cannot be held responsible for any items quarantined, destroyed, or otherwise not delivered as a result of an import restriction in any country other than the USA.
Track Your Order
You can check the status of your tripleaughtdesign.com order by clicking on "My Account" on the top of any page. Click "See Orders" then click the date of the "Item Fulfillment" that corresponds to your order to see its details.
Orders sent through UPS come with tracking and insurance and cases are usually settled within eight business days (international orders may require additional time).
Orders sent through USPS (USPS First Class Mail excluded) are tracked by the US post office and insurance claims are filed through a third party provider. Claims can take several weeks to complete depending on the destination and require a signed letter from the customer before the claim can be initiated.
Refused, Unclaimed and Returned Shipments
Please note a $25 fee (per package) will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier. For international (non-US) deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition to return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
Address Errors
A fee may be applied to all orders where:
- The incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable.
- An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the carrier. Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits.
- A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.
The fee will consist of a $10 handling charge plus any applicable costs related to rerouting, forwarding, or redelivering the parcel(s). Please note that there is no charge for address changes that are made before an order is shipped.
Additional Shipping Costs
Occasionally, items will be assessed additional shipping costs due to weight and packaging size, and when applicable will be indicated on the item's description page. Please call customer service at 1-866-613-1386 for more information.
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping charge only applies to the first package shipped, unless otherwise indicated. Packages will be sent under multiple tracking numbers and may arrive separately.
Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-866-613-1386 or 1-415-318-8252 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
