Order Status
You will receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
- The first confirms that your order was received; this email should arrive within 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.
Order TrackingYou can track the status of your order by clicking on "My Account" at the top of any page. From here click "See Orders" and select the order you would like to track. You will see the items in the order, the shipping address, shipping method, and payment details. Once the order is fulfilled you will also see the current status and tracking number from the shipping carrier's tracking service.
Please note: Customers choosing not to register with us will not be able to track the status of their order online. Please contact our Customer Support team to check the status of your order.
Change in Your Order StatusOccasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately. If an item is out of stock we must cancel the item from your order. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling.
Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale (unless by an authorized dealer). In order to enforce this policy, purchases are limited to ten (10) units per style, per customer, at our discretion. However, there may be exceptions to this policy. Please contact us at 1-415-520-3123 to discuss your bulk ordering needs. Certain restrictions may apply.
